Description

Dial in your traps with confidence! This pan tension tester makes it easy to measure exactly how much pressure it takes to fire your foothold traps. It measures from 1 to 4 pounds in clear 1-pound increments. Ensures you pan tension isn't too light or loose causing to miss catches

 

Directions:

  1. Set your foothold trap as you would in the field.

  2. Place the tester center on the pan.

  3. Press down slowly and evenly.

  4. Watch the gauge and note the line it is at when the trap fires.

  5. Adjust your trap if needed and retest
